This service includes full food and beverage collaboration and premium sourcing for a truly exclusive and enriching experience.
Inclusions Highlights: Fully Customized Duration, Bespoke Selection of Rare Wines or Spirits, Premium Sourcing, Full Consultation, and Food Pairing Coordination.
Pricing: Service & Consultation fee starts at $1,000. Final fee is quoted after a detailed consultation. The actual cost of the rare wines/spirits is added to the fee.
Our
philosophy
Odyssey Tastings is my personal passion project, founded on a simple belief: that every bottle contains a fascinating story. I started working in the drinks industry back in 2001. But it's really over the past seven years that I've taken on the role of educating others and helping them learn more about wine. I've led dozens of tasting events: from intimate wine dinners to large, structured tastings. My training includes WSET certification and other industry courses, but my greatest reward is sparking the "Aha!" moment in a guest.
For me, wine and spirits are not just drinks; they are a direct line to history, culture, and place, a way to experience the world in a glass. I founded Odyssey Tastings to be your trusted, expert guide, committed to making your event completely effortless so you can focus entirely on your guests and enjoy the journey alongside them.
